Here are my main specialities: Working with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), adults who struggle with anxiety, clients who have had negative spiritual/religious experiences or are angry with God, or clients who wish to integrate their faith into their healing journey, and clients who wish to integrate transpersonal or otherwise difficult to put into words mystical experiences.
My approach is varied, utilizing the best client-centered approaches for each individual client. Somatic psychotherapy, energy psychology, and mindfulness-based approaches thoroughly inform my therapeutic approach, and enable me to help others increase their mind-body awareness, develop greater resources for emotional regulation and effective communication, and process unresolved traumas.
